My weekly meal prep service is designed to fit seamlessly into your life, ensuring you have delicious, homemade meals ready to go. Here’s how it works:

1. Menu Planning:

We start with a consultation to discuss your dietary preferences, favorite dishes, and any specific needs or restrictions. Together, we create a customized menu that suits everyone in your household.

2. Scheduling:

We schedule a day and time that works best for you, once the menu is set. I come to your home for about 3 hours to prepare and package your meals.

3. Meal Preparation:

During my visit, I handle everything from cooking to cleaning. I prepare a variety of meals, package them individually or family-style, and provide clear reheating instructions so you can enjoy them at your convenience.

Who Does the Food Shopping?

I will take care of all the grocery shopping, ensuring that only the freshest and highest quality ingredients are used. You don’t have to worry about a thing – I bring everything needed to prepare your meals and leave your kitchen spotless.

Weekly meal preparation starts at $250 including the cost of food for a family of two. This package includes:

  • 10 Meals (5 meals for two people): A variety of delicious, balanced meals to enjoy throughout the week.

For larger families or additional meals, we can customize the package to meet your needs.
